1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After processing, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

We only accept refund requests if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Return Process

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Payment Refunds

Refunds for payments made via Stripe will be credited back to the original payment method or other payment method.

Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable.
